Sausage gimbap
It's the perfect season for a picnic, right? Children's school events and sports events are scheduled soon, so there are a lot of picnic lunch boxes. Today, I made sausage kimbap, a picnic lunch box. When you make gimbap, you can only prepare sausages and eggs instead of many ingredients. I'll also teach you how to make sausage kimbap.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
I think there should always be a lot of ingredients when making gimbap. Gimbap can be easily and deliciously wrapped with simple ingredients. I used it because there was a sausage that I bought to make children's sausage bread. I only prepared seaweed and eggs.
STEP 2/13
First, I blanched the sausage slightly in boiling water and used it.
STEP 3/13
Then, put oil on it and cook it slightly.
STEP 4/13
I chopped green onions, carrots, salt, and soju into the eggs. Try to add green onions and carrots if possible. The color is pretty with green onions, and it tastes better because it has crunchy texture with carrots.
STEP 5/13
I'm going to put oil in a frying pan and fry egg garnish on low heat. It's better to fry eggs thinly. When the egg is 80-90% cooked, add the sausage and roll.
STEP 6/13
When the egg is fully cooked, it won't roll well, so make sure to roll it when it's 90% cooked.
STEP 7/13
It's simple. The color is pretty with green onions and carrots.
STEP 8/13
If you cut it in half, it looks like this.
STEP 9/13
I mixed rice with salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
STEP 10/13
I used to cut the seaweed in half, but you can just make it without cutting it. Place a thin layer of rice on top of dried seaweed and top with sausage.
STEP 11/13
Even if you put in sausage, it becomes quite chubby gimbap.
STEP 12/13
If you cut it in half, it becomes this pretty gimbap.
STEP 13/13
Sausage gimbap in a lunch box. I put sausage kimbap and grapes together. Sausage gimbap is simple, so it's good. It's even better because it has a pretty shape and can be made simple. They are good menus for picnic lunch boxes. It's nice to be able to prepare it simply at home.
