Spread meat in front and back of lamb chops with salt, pepper, other herbs and olive oil. I skipped the marinade process above and cooked it without time.

It should be cooked until it's slightly cooked back and forth, but I turned it upside down quickly because I was in a hurry. After cooking the outside thoroughly, I turned off the heat and cooked the meat in the remaining heat of the frying pan. I normally like medium rare, but I cooked the insides to make it smell like lamb.

While grilling the meat, I cut some zucchinis at home with a garnish and grilled them together. I only served lettuce and paprika for salad. It would have been better to look like a steak pan with patterns on it, but the answer is to cook it quickly so that you can eat it quickly rather than looking like it when you're busy. Lamb ribs are soft, so you can enjoy it gently even if it's cooked in well-done. In addition, if you want to taste special food instead of pork and beef steak, try lamb steak.
