Cooking Steps

Wash 500g of chicken leg meat in cold water to remove moisture and cut it to the point of finger joints.

We have children in our house, so we used less chili powder, but if you want to eat spicy, you can add chili powder and Cheongyang chili pepper. ^^ If it feels a bit bland when ramen noodles are added, you can add red pepper paste. We skipped it.
