Tteokbokki and japchae are delicious.. I have a memory of making japchae and putting tteokbokki on the leftover japchae.. It's not delicious japchae. I made japchae tteokbokki with gonggaljapchae.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
You can soak the glass noodles in water in advance and stir-fry them in soy sauce and sugar sauce.
I was in a hurry, so I boiled the water and blanched the glass noodles.
