Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Wash the bean sprouts thoroughly and prepare them.
STEP 2/4
Add a pinch of salt to boiling water and boil the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
STEP 3/4
Rinse the boiled bean sprouts quickly in cold water and squeeze the water out and put it in a bowl.
STEP 4/4
In a bowl, sprinkle chopped green onions or chopped chives 1T, minced garlic 0.5T, salt 0.5t, sesame oil 0.5T, sesame seeds, and mix them well. Taste it and add salt if it's bland
If you boil it for too long, it'll be watery, so boil it a little bit
