Rose apple pie
They make a lot of rose apple pies with apples these days. I tried it because it was so pretty. I will make rose apple pie today.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
In a bowl, combine flour and cold butter as if cutting with a scraper.
STEP 2/11
Add cold water, sugar and salt when mixed to a certain extent and mix. It's good to melt sugar and salt in water in advance.
STEP 3/11
Make a lump and cover it with plastic and rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 4/11
Boil sugar, water, and apple slices in a pot.
STEP 5/11
Divide the rest of the dough into six equal parts.
STEP 6/11
Push it long and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon powder evenly.
STEP 7/11
Put the braised apple on top
STEP 8/11
Fold it in half.
STEP 9/11
Roll it up.
STEP 10/11
Spread butter on pan and pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in a 190 degree preheated oven. If the sugar in the pie flows, it can stick to the pan, so it's better if you put parchment paper on it.

    It's so delicious~ I think it's going to be super sweet, but it's not too sweet and there's an apple, so the bread is softer. I didn't have butter, so I used cooking oil, but I think it came out pretty. It's easy and simple. Good!

    It was so delicious! I preheated it for 10 minutes at 190 degrees and baked it for 35 minutes It wasn't fully cooked, so I did it for 15 minutes and 10 minutes, so I heated it for 25 more minutes!     The dough was so tough that I think I kept adding more flour in between! I don't know if it's because of the difference in the oven or because there's more flour, but it feels like the inside is a little undercooked Still, it's made with a pretty visual, so I'm satisfied!
