It's a braised chestnut that I made myself. Maybe it's because I peeled it and put it in the freezer and boiled it down right away, but the chestnuts split and broke. The chestnut crumbs were mixed in the soup, so it became very thick, and I boiled it myself, so I put the soup in the dough instead of sugar and kneaded it.

Add all the batter ingredients, including the boiled chestnut soup, knead and knead until gluten is formed, and then ferment until it swells 2.5 times.

After the first fermentation, the dough is divided and rounded for medium fermentation, and it is divided into one 500g dough to be made into chestnut bread and three 190g dough to be made into whole wheat bread.

After the intermediate fermentation, push the dough up and down for a long time, put the boiled chestnuts full, roll it from the top, and pinch it,

Place in an oiled pan inside.

Fold the remaining three doughs in three folds, roll them, and put them in an oiled pan so that they are in the same direction, and press them down with the back of your hand to panning.

After 2nd fermentation until doubled,

Make a straight cut in the middle of the chestnut bread dough and apply milk evenly

Apply milk evenly to the whole wheat bread dough.

Bake in a 190 degree oven for 30 minutes,

Wholemeal chestnut bread & wholemeal bread is completed, and if you apply oil evenly to the top when it is hot as soon as you take it out of the oven, it will look glossy as you can see, prevent the bread from drying out, and even eat the chewy crust. It didn't swell a lot because I put in a lot of chestnuts, but the cut in the middle opened well, so the chestnut with a lot looks delicious, right?
STEP 12/12
The whole wheat bread swelled better than I thought, but the puffy shape came out pretty. I cooled the whole wheat bread enough and cut it nicely. This is the end of making whole wheat chestnut bread and whole wheat bread.
I trimmed the chestnut myself and boiled it down, so I put the boiled chestnut soup instead of sugar and kneaded it. When using commercial braised chestnuts, add more milk instead of soup, and add sugar to taste
