STEP 1/10
First, make a large amount of seasoning and let it ripen for a while.
STEP 2/10
Cut all the vegetables for the stir-fried udon into small pieces and prepare them. (As much as you like the ingredients at home!!)
STEP 3/10
Blanch 1 bag of udon noodles in boiling water. If you put in the udon noodles and leave it as it is, the noodles will slowly dissolve after about 4 to 50 seconds, and blanch them for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
STEP 4/10
Rinse the blanched udon noodles in cold water and put them on a strainer to remove moisture
STEP 5/10
Place some cooking oil in a deep pan, then add all the vegetables and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
STEP 6/10
When the vegetables start to die, add udon noodles
STEP 7/10
Add all the seasoning you made beforehand.
STEP 8/10
Make sure the seasoning is mixed evenly..I'll boil it down.
STEP 9/10
Mix it in between and add sesame oil and sesame seeds when the seasoning starts to thicken.
STEP 10/10
Stir-fried udon is completed that goes well with the hot and soft udon noodles!!
Udon noodles are boiled down in the sauce and cooked again
Blanching in advance takes 1 minute to 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Gas fires are high heat from start to finish.
