Pork belly buldak cheese stir-fried noodles
When you want to eat spicy food, you have to eat spicy chicken noodles! But it's too spicy to just eat.. It's not too spicy, but I made a really delicious pork belly buldak cheese stir-fried noodles!

  • Salt

  • Cheddar cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Please make spicy chicken noodles first.
When cooking the noodles in hot water, cook 1 minute to 30 seconds less than usual!
STEP 2/7
Grill a row of pork belly in a frying pan (medium heat) with salt and pepper seasoning.
STEP 3/7
Remove the oil from the grilled pork belly.
STEP 4/7
Melt a tablespoon of butter over medium-low heat in a skillet where the oil has been wiped.
STEP 5/7
Add the noodles and stir-fry for 10 seconds
STEP 6/7
Add pork belly and stir-fry a little more,
STEP 7/7
Add sliced cheese, mix, and melt it. That's it!
It tastes even better with perilla leaves! Add 1 to 2 slices of cheese to your liking.
