STEP 1/9
First, rinse the squid in water. My eldest daughter is wearing braces, so I can't eat hard food. It's in the final stage, but it's still hard to eat.
STEP 2/9
For the sauce, it's better to boil the sauce once. 2 red pepper paste, 1 starch syrup, 1 soy sauce, 2 soju. I buy soju for cooking. You can use soju, rice wine, or cooking wine.
STEP 3/9
Add the washed squid and mayonnaise.
STEP 4/9
If you add mayonnaise, it becomes a softer squid. It doesn't get hard even when it's cold.
STEP 5/9
Stir-fry gently with chopsticks over low heat.
STEP 6/9
It's seasoned with red pepper paste, so if you cook it on high heat, it'll burn, so make sure to stir-fry it over low heat.
STEP 7/9
When it's stir-fried, put in Cheongyang red pepper and stir-fry it again. That's it.
STEP 8/9
If you stir-fry it a little more, it's over. It's not spicy enough.
STEP 9/9
Spicy stir-fried squid. It's the perfect menu for a side dish. It's also good as a side dish for stir-fried squid. It's pretty good to make it with stir-fried squid in rice balls. It was made with Cheongyang red pepper in the red pepper paste seasoning, so even though it was a little spicy, the youngest daughter said it was delicious and ate it well.
