STEP 1/8
Before I prepare food, I always put the broth on the fire first. ^^
The main ingredients of the spicy pork are dasama, anchovies, green onion roots, and white parts^^
The rest depends on the time, but I usually use the leftovers to freeze and make broth^^
Carrots, radishes, and shiitake mushroom columns are the main ingredients^^ This is how you prepare the oil^^
STEP 2/8
Originally, I was going to cut all the potato carrots into round pieces, but after peeling carrots, potatoes are lazy...LOL
So I just cut it^^
Whenever I cook potatoes, I was worried that the potatoes would get lumpy. ^^...But this is the method I use to stir-fry potato^^
STEP 3/8
Put sliced potatoes and carrots before the water boils and when the water boils
Just one minute...
STEP 4/8
Sieve in 1 minute and drain^^
STEP 5/8
I'll make the stew now^^
Broth 2.5 ladle-flavored soy sauce 1 ladle Thick salt 1/4T Oligosaccharide 1/2 ladle Sugar 1/2T Pepper 1 tbsp cooking wine 1/2T of natural powder and bring to a boil^^....When the sauce boils, add 1/4T of pepper powder and boil it for a while...
Red pepper powder is not for the spicy taste, but for the crisp, ripe potatoes to make the taste fresh ^^...The cooking wine I use is a cooking wine that ripens at room temperature for about a week with plum extract and suju at 0.5:1 ratio^^
You should try making it, too^^
It's going to be more delicious than commercial cooking^^
STEP 6/8
So when the stew boils, add boiled potatoes and carrots and don't rummage often ^^... about three or four times..Then it's as colorful as the third one^^
These are ingredients that are cooked once, so you can cut more passionately^^
The color will be prettier, too. ^^...The shape doesn't even collapse^^
When the color changes, add onions and green onions cut into equal sizes and stir until you are out of breath to turn off the heat^^
STEP 7/8
Turn off the heat and add 1/2T of sesame seeds^^
Sprinkle 1/2T of sesame oil. Please put it on the table^^
As you all know, sesame oil and perilla oil are fried and salty. ^^...That's why I don't use it in a lampstand^^
It might be better if you use it in a fire-filled sangte, but it could start burning and cause carcinogens^^
Be careful^^
STEP 8/8
This is how it's done^^
It looks delicious^^
Enjoy your breakfast^^
When you use honey...If you use it when it's hot, it's no different from just using sugar^^... So when you put it in the food, it cools down...
When you drink honey tea, try to dissolve it in cold water or lukewarm water^^
