Making doenjang-jjigae with lots of tofu
We need soup or stew to eat rice, so we cooked soybean paste stew with a lot of tofu. It's a stew that I eat very often. I think I enjoy soybean paste stew because it's easy and delicious. Since it's cloudy, the hot soup of the savory soybean paste stew is better.

Cooking Steps

Potatoes, zucchini, onions, mushrooms,

Cut the tofu and prepare it.

Put anchovy stock in a pot and mix it with soybean paste and boil it
STEP 4/7
Add potatoes, onions, zucchini, and mushrooms and bring to a boil.
STEP 5/7
When the potatoes are cooked, add tofu, green onions, cheongyang pepper, garlic, and red pepper powder
STEP 6/7
Boil a little and leave some peppers and green onions.
STEP 7/7
I put soybean paste stew in an earthen pot and put a little bit of pepper and green onion on top. That way, the spicy scent comes alive and it's better. There are plenty of vegetables in the soybean paste stew, but I like tofu, so I put a lot in it. Soybean paste stew is the best since it's savory and savory. The first taste was cool and spicy, so it was even better, and thanks to you, I had a delicious meal.
