Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut potatoes, carrots, and onions into big chunks.
STEP 2/8
Cut the meat into large pieces and cook in a frying pan.
STEP 3/8
After the meat is cooked to a certain extent, cut it into bite-size pieces,
Add onions and heal together!
STEP 4/8
When onions are cooked, add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry.
Mix and mix well until potatoes and carrots are all cooked!
STEP 5/8
When the vegetables are cooked to a certain extent, add water and bring to a boil!
I think it would be good to put in enough water to cover the vegetables. (I think the amount of water will vary depending on the pan!)
STEP 6/8
Add 4 lumps of solid curry on a ladle and simmer.
Mix the curry consistently so that it is well blended.
STEP 7/8
Ta-da! It's done deliciously.
It's good with meat, but it tastes even better because there are big vegetables!
Sometimes, I thought I should put this big for my husband who doesn't eat vegetables.
STEP 8/8
It tastes better if you put the eggs half-cooked, right?
If you put rice, curry, and soft-boiled eggs on top of it, you will complete a food that feels like you have the whole world.
Add a lot of vegetables and cut them into big pieces to taste good!
