I prepared mackerel and lemon syrup. We're going to cook the mackerel and boil it down in the sauce with soy sauce and lemon syrup.

The mackerel is kept in rice water. It's a fish with less fishy smell, so you don't have to do it, but there was rice water left in the rice every day.

And I always keep lemon juice. It's good as a drink, but it's also good as a sauce. It goes very well with the fish, too.

You can just grill the mackerel. You can grill it with flour like me.

I put flour on it and baked it over medium heat.

If you cook it until it's golden, it's done!

It doesn't smell fishy at all, so it doesn't smell when it's being grilled. It's nice. It's soft and delicious!

1 soy sauce, 2 lemon syrup, 2 soju. [Based on rice spoon] I made the sauce. The mackerel is seasoned, so you don't have to put a lot of sauce.

When you boil the sauce, lower the heat to low and pour the sauce over the sauce

The mackerel itself is seasoned, so you don't have to overdo the sauce.
