Whip the whipped cream until it has a bit of foam. Gently mix the cheese dough and whipped cream. I used sweetened whipped cream and added sugar to the recipe. If you use unsweetened whipped cream, add about 70 grams of sugar.

Moisten the prepared sheet with coffee syrup, fill the mousse ring with cheese dough, and drop lightly on the floor to arrange the dough.
