Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

This time, I made the dough right away without refrigerating it, but I like it more because it has a crispy taste even if it's less swollen and chewy. It's not bread that you eat with a chewy texture, so you can skip the rest process ^^ To make the top of the scones smooth, add a little egg water!
