Sarah udon is a local dish in Nagasaki Prefecture called "Udon," but as you can see It's a dish that's different from the udon I know. It has little soup, thin noodles, and even fried noodles. A new flavor of udon with thick angake garnish

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Looking at the Sarah udon product, there are fried ramen and soup in it.
There are two servings in it. When I tried the noodles, it was crispy
