Late night snack that doesn't make you gain weight. Konjac tofu
A few days ago, I ate a late lunch and didn't eat dinner separately, so I was so hungry after 8 to 9 p.m.. I need to eat something before it's too late.. So I opened the refrigerator and introduced you to the konjac tofu kimchi that I made quickly made.

  • Tofu
    1/2piece
  • Devil's-tongue jelly
    250g
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • leek
    1/2ea
  • Kimchi
    1.5cup
  • Red pepper powder
    1/2TS
  • perilla oil
    1TS
  • cooking wine
    1TS
  • Honey
    1TS
  • Sesame

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare tofu and konjac by cutting them into bite-sized rectangular shapes.
I prepared Kimchi, onion, and green onion to be sliced sideways.
STEP 2/4
Blanch tofu and konjac in boiling water, respectively, and remove moisture.
STEP 3/4
I put konjac and tofu alternately on a plate.
STEP 4/4
Put perilla oil in a pan and stir-fry kimchi, onions, and cooking wine, then add red pepper powder and honey and stir-fry enough, and finally, add green onion and sesame seeds and stir-fry them.
