Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Wash the ingredients thoroughly and wipe them without leaving any moisture,
Cut it into pieces.
STEP 2/3
Fill the sterilized glass bottle tightly.
Water 1: Vinegar 1: Boil 1/2 sugar (less if you don't like sweet taste)
Pour the boiling water into the bottle.
If you pour boiling water, it becomes more crunchy.
Add a little salt to season.
STEP 3/3
Cool it down and close the lid
Leave it at room temperature for half a day,
After ripening in the refrigerator for a day, it's very much better^^
The paprika tastes sweet when it's being aged
When you make pickles, it's better to season them a little than the amount of sugar.
The official ratio of vinegar water is Water 2: Vinegar 1: Sugar 1 and a little salt. Paprika pickles taste better in a few days than in a long time.
