Press the tuna with a spoon to drain the oil and sprinkle with pepper

Beat in eggs and make scrambled eggs.

Stir-fry sliced onions and when they become transparent, add oyster sauce and stir-fry together.

Put the scrambled eggs on the rice

Place onion > tuna on top.

Sprinkle mayonnaise on it.
Tip. Put mayonnaise in a zipper bag, make a hole in the corner, and sprinkle it nicely.
It's delicious when you sprinkle mayonnaise evenly.

Sprinkle seaweed flakes according to your preference and it's done.
Like tuna mayo gimbap, mayonnaise goes well together.
You don't have to season the eggs separately because the oyster sauce is seasoned in stir-fried onions.
