Making rice with squid

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Cut the onion in half by peeling it and cut it in shape to make it easy to eat.

Please cut the green onions sideways and prepare them.

Blanch the thawed squid in boiling water.

Place drained squid and onions in a wide multi-pan.

Add the green onions and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. If you do this, stir-fried squid is done.

Place warm rice in a bowl and place the stir-fried dried pollack squid on one side. If you sprinkle a bit of fried sesame seeds, it's done with squid rice. If you don't have a suitable side dish, you can enjoy it with a bowl of rice like this, or if you have more vegetables, it's delicious even if you add cabbage or carrots.
