This is the fun I bought when I went to Sokcho last time. I wanted to eat braised fish today. So what should I do I tried it because I remembered the fun of buying it in Sokcho. It's a little different, but it's okay to do it like braised fish. Why don't you give it a try.

Cooking Steps

Take it out of the liver jam freezer and defrost it by soaking it in water.
It melts quickly.
