I soaked the measured rice cake for 10 minutes so that the oil tteokbokki has a softer texture

Cook fried dumplings in the microwave for 2 minutes
I cooked it just enough to eat it

If it's already soaked, season it~
The sauce for oil tteokbokki is 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar,
I added 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce

Mix the heated dumplings, too

The point of oil tteokbokki is that it can't be too hot
Put a handful of green onions into a pan with 3 tablespoons of oil~
If you hear a splash of oil, set it on a lower heat than that

If the heat is set, add the seasoned rice cake and dumplings and stir-fry them as if they are heated~
You can stir-fry the rice cake until it's soft
STEP 8/9
I've added a half-cooked eggCook it in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes

If you put it on a plate, it's done!
