Defrost croissant gold frozen ground at room temperature for 40 minutes,

Ferment the thawed croissant frozen raw meat for 40 to 50 minutes.
(* In a normal home without a fermenter, heat the oven very low, turn it off, and then proceed with fermentation.)
(*If you put warm water in a cup together, humidity is generated, but fermentation is better.)

It's 1.5 times bigger than the first one!

Carefully coat the fermented croissant with egg wash.
(Egg water: Mix egg yolk + milk well.)

Spread the egg mixture evenly on the surface,

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 to 190,
Let the bread cool.

Prepare the whole grain sauce and the ingredients for the sandwich.

Cut the baked croissant in half.

Spread the whole grain sauce on the inside of the bread,
Place tomato/ham/cheese/chopped pickles and onion/ lettuce.

Sandwich is done!
