Making bean sprout rice with a pressure cooker
If you eat bean sprout rice with a lot of bean sprout, you won't be envious of the hot side dish. In the past, our mother's generation's bean sprout rice was the standard way to put bean sprouts when the pot rice was not cooked and then boiled. However, recently, there are few housewives who can cook this pot rice, so we made bean sprout rice by blanching bean sprouts separately and putting them on rice. Then, I followed the recipe using the water blanched by Jongwon Baek as rice water. The rice tastes better with a much more fragrant bean sprout scent than when it was served with bean sprouts.

Cooking Steps

For beef bulgogi persimmon, blood was taken out on a kitchen towel, and then the seasoning ingredients were added and mixed. I grated the onions and put them in the grater.

Put 3 cups of water + bean sprouts in a pot, cover it with a lid, and boil it for 2 to 3 more minutes

They sift the bean sprouts and stock separately. Rinse the bean sprouts in cold water and drain the water, and cool the boiled bean sprouts until one steam goes out.

Put the washed rice in a pressure cooker.. I put in the blanched water of bean sprouts. You can put in the same amount as the usual rice water. I'd like to cook rice, please.

Put the beef in a heated pan and boil it over high heat until the soup is almost gone. Lastly, I added a bit of sesame oil and finished it off.

I made the sauce with a lot of ingredients. After removing the seeds, I chopped red pepper and Cheongyang red pepper and chopped green onions. You can add red pepper powder to your liking. For your information, the Jongwon Baek put a little sugar in the bean sprout rice sauce, but I just used it. Bulgogi seasoning has a sweet taste, so I didn't put it in, but if you have a tame taste in the dining menu, add 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the sauce.

Preparing blanched bean sprouts and seasoning separately is the point of making bean sprout rice with a pressure rice cooker. Of course, with boiling water from bean sprouts, it's with rice water. God's move is this butter. Of course, add according to your preference. But if you add a piece of butter, the taste will be much more savory. Even if you add a tablespoon of butter at the end of the spicy stir-fried octopus, it becomes so delicious.

Is there anyone who puts in bean sprouts from the beginning when making bean sprouts with a pressure rice cooker? You can't do that. Then the moisture from the bean sprouts disappeared, so the crunchiness disappeared, and I think you ate the tough bean sprout rice. If you are going to cook bean sprouts using a pressure rice cooker, you must parboil them separately and use them.
