Wash bok choy clean and cut it into quarters.
If the outer leaves are too big, remove them one by one.

Pour water into a pot, add a little salt, and blanch bok choy slightly when the water boils.
Remove the outer leaves quickly and remove the chubby bok choy a little later.

Remove blanched bok choy and let it cool in cold water.

Squeeze the bok choy soaked in cold water.

Add 1T of plum extract to the drained bok choy.

Add minced garlic and red pepper paste.

Add doenjang and mix it well!

Put it nicely in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds on it, and it's complete!^^
1. Putting slightly blanched bok choy in cold water is to keep the crunchy texture alive.
