STEP 1/8
There are a lot of spring greens in April...
Clams are also in season...
It's better to eat more when it's in season, right?
I washed the bean sprouts and clams clean.
STEP 2/8
We don't separate clams.
Boil water in a bowl of soup
Make clam broth by adding the prepared clams.
If you boil it for too long, you'll get fat, so take it out as soon as your mouth opens.
STEP 3/8
Pour it into a bowl and separate the broth from the clams.
STEP 4/8
It's clam broth
Measure the number of people in the family with a bowl
I poured 4 bowls.
Add kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms to make broth.
STEP 5/8
Add kelp and shiitake mushrooms
If you think the broth is made..
(20 minutes on low heat)
Add the washed bean sprouts.
STEP 6/8
Close the lid and boil it...
If I don't smell like bean sprouts anymore
Add minced garlic, green onions, and soy sauce
Let's season it..
(The soup may overflow, so adjust it to low heat.)
STEP 7/8
Before I eat it, I'll put the clams that I didn't like the broth
Put it in and boil it again.
STEP 8/8
Bean sprouts are crunchy, clams are crunchy, too
It's cool and light clam bean sprout soup.
It's a good soup if your child catches a cold.
If you boil clams for a long time, they become tough and lose texture..
When I put bean sprouts, close the lid, and boil the soup, it smells fishy in the middle..
It boils with a fishy smell, so if you don't do it right, it can overflow.
This is when you adjust the heat...If you open the lid, you may not be able to eat the soup because of the fishy smell.
