STEP 1/7
Chop an onion
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of ground garlic in 1 tablespoon of pure olive oil.
(You can't heat up the olive oil with extra olive oil.)

Add chopped green onions (one green onion) and stir-fry them together.
There are no green onions in the American market, so I just use green onions.
STEP 3/7
Add 300g of minced beef and stir-fry it first
Add 300g of minced pork and stir-fry.
Fatty pork cooks much faster
It is said to cook beef with less fat first.
If you don't have it, put in the right amount of red pepper paste
Pepper powder
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/7
Add 1 egg white to make sure the ingredients stick together
Chop 4 tomatoes and add 2 tablespoons of starch
After turning off the light
Stir-fry it so that it mixes well.

Cool it down and use it.

Put some pure olive oil in the frying pan
I was grilling dumplings on medium heat
When it's cooked
Add some water
Cover and cook over medium heat.

Cover and cook over medium heat
The dumpling skin becomes transparent
You can see the colors of the ingredients in the red.
STEP 7/7
It's a dumpling that's cooked moist with a lot of water.
If you want to eat more crispy, add less water.

You don't have to dip tomato dumplings in soy sauce because they're well seasoned
You can eat it simply and deliciously.
