Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Prepare tomatoes, onions, and garlic by washing them cleanly.

This is what I informed you by "Pungmyeon (Gimpung Tomato Naengmyeon) General recipe (based on 1 serving)."
"One tomato, one tablespoon of red pepper paste, one garlic, one quarter of an onion, one teaspoon of salt, three teaspoon of sugar, and one teaspoon of vinegar."
I grind it in a blender and mix it with boiled noodles
Sugar and salt are too much for my taste
I adjusted it by adding a small amount at the end.
STEP 2/4
Boil the cold noodles in boiling water, rinse them in cold water, drain them, and put them in a bowl.
STEP 3/4
Put the ground sauce on the noodles

And shredded paprika in the fridge
It goes well with tomato red pepper paste sauce.
STEP 4/4
The leftover paprika from cooking
I came before I threw it away
Put it in a plastic bag, freeze it in the freezer
When you make salad sauce, you grind it together
It's good to use it when you make broth.
Add sugar and salt to taste at the end!!!
