Cooking Steps

I prepared all the ingredients based on 10 lines, and I bought a gimbap making set at the mart!

Prepare a loaf of spinach, remove the roots, and rinse 2-3 times under running water.

Put rice bowl 1 in a pot, and when the water starts to boil, put spinach, close the lid, open it 1 minute later, and rinse it in cold water twice.
(If you boil spinach for too long, it'll get mushy, so be careful.)
