Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Melt the milk chocolate and butter in a medium bath.
STEP 2/9
Beat the eggs in another bowl and mix with sugar + vanilla extract.
STEP 3/9
Add melted chocolate to egg and mix.
STEP 4/9
Add the powder to number 3 and mix until no powder is visible.
STEP 5/9
Place the dough in a piping bag with circular pods and squeeze 4cm in diameter onto paper foil.
STEP 6/9
Bake at 170 for 6 to 7 minutes.
STEP 7/9
Cool it down if it's cooked well.
STEP 8/9
Cut 1 marshmallow into 3 pieces. (If it's hard to cut because it's stuck to the knife, freeze it slightly in the freezer
STEP 9/9
Place the cut marshmallow on top of the pie and microwave it for 10 to 15 seconds, and when the marshmallow becomes soft, overlap with other pies and press down moderately.
The marshmallow swells when heated, so make sure to divide it thinly and use it (the pie size is small, so it's overflowing...)
