I've been practicing carrotization in almost every food these days, so I added carrots and onions and cheongyang peppers, and the dough was so dry that I tried to make it crispy. I like all kinds of pancakes, but after I eat them, I can't digest well, so I reduced the amount of flour and it was good. The chives are fried in oil and it's very crispy. If there was a lot of dough, it wouldn't be crispy and it would have been sagging. When the chives pancake was crispy, I dipped it in soy sauce, and I liked the savory taste with the sound of bashashak.
