STEP 1/13
First, wash the skin of the grapefruit clean, cut it, and gather the grains.
1. rinsing with a fruit cleaner
2. Soak it in baking powder water for about 5 minutes.
3. Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute
4. Wash with thick salt, rinse with warm water, and remove moisture.
I usually wash in this order.
STEP 2/13
Add grapefruit and sugar in a 1:1 ratio. First, put sugar on the floor,
STEP 3/13
After you stack them one by layer by layer, layer at a time,
STEP 4/13
The top is covered with sugar and finished.
And the glass bottle must be sure to! Please use it after sterilizing it with hot water.
STEP 5/13
Grapefruit syrup section -
STEP 6/13
Clean the lemon just like the grapefruit and remove the pesticide from the surface. The one on the left is the lemon before removing the pesticide and the one on the right is the lemon. There's a huge difference
STEP 7/13
After washing, slice the lemon into the desired size. And if you put lemon seeds in it, the taste will get worse, so make sure to remove them all out.
STEP 9/13
Add sugar to the lemons, too, and then cover with sugar.
STEP 10/13
Lemon jeans are much prettier on the cross section!
STEP 11/13
Mature the finished lemon & grapefruit syrup for 3 days at a sun-free room temperature. When the sugar is almost melted, move it to the refrigerator. I left it like this for a day and flipped it upside down the next day to make the sugar melt evenly, but it didn't melt as well as I thought, so I stirred it with chopsticks in the middle!
STEP 12/13
This is probably the next day's picture..The sugar is melting and the fruits are floating
STEP 13/13
I put it in the refrigerator on the fourth day.If you mix it with carbonated water, it becomes ade, and if you mix it with warm water, you can drink lemon tea or grapefruit tea. Personally, I vote for ade!
It can be stored in the refrigerator for about a month, and be careful because it will decompose quickly when the salivay spoon or chopsticks touch it
Grapefruit syrup can be made by mashing grapefruit or slicing it like a lemon. I like the flesh to be chewed, so I did it on purpose, so please refer to it
