Cooking Steps
STEP 1/14
I prepared about 120g of glass noodles. Pour water into the glass noodles and mix it a few times
Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
STEP 2/14
I need to soak it a little more. Please soak it enough.
If it's not fully cooked, you can heat it for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3/14
I prepared ingredients and seasonings to go in while it's being called.
3 spoons of soy sauce, 1 and a half spoons of sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, spinach, carrots
Just a little bit of cooking oil.
STEP 4/14
I think the glass noodles are too soaked. No.
The glass noodles are soaked enough, but I guess I took it too close.
STEP 5/14
Put meat on the glass noodles and mushrooms. Carrot. Spinach in order.
I don't have onions at home, so I just put them in like this
STEP 6/14
I poured a bit of cooking oil under the pot. And I put a bit of soy sauce and sugar
Just give it back.
STEP 7/14
I put it in the microwave. Like this
STEP 8/14
I put it in the range for eight minutes. (However, there is a slight time difference between ranges.)
STEP 9/14
I put the lid on the contents and turned it around for 8 minutes, and it became like this.
STEP 10/14
I took it out and I can see it up close.
STEP 11/14
I'm going to mix it and make delicious japchae.
STEP 12/14
The container is bigger than a silicone steamed egg container.
I dented a little to prove it.
You can see the courage.
STEP 13/14
Now, add the leftover soy sauce and sesame oil and mix them.
STEP 14/14
Now, if you add sesame seeds and mix it, the delicious microwave japchae is completed.
You can enjoy it.
If it's soggy at night, add a little water and return it for another 2-3 minutes.
