Prepare a full cup of anchovies.

Gairi anchovies are also known as self-extinguishing.
It's an anchovy that's one grade bigger than a geographic anchovy.
If the geographic anchovy is less than 1.6 centimeters...
Self-extracting anchovies are 1.6 to 3 centimeters.
