STEP 1/9
There are five bok choy packs.
I think one meal will be enough, so I'm going to do this much.
STEP 2/9
I cut the end of bok choy and prepared it.
Other times, I would put in the cross cuts
I just cut it today.
STEP 3/9
Boil water in a coffee pot and pour it.
It takes less than three minutes to boil the coffee pot.
STEP 4/9
If you rummage through with chopsticks, you're done blanching.
It's really simple. boiling water over a gas fire and blanching it
It's much faster and more convenient.
STEP 5/9
Wash it in cold water and drain it in a basket
Make sure to squeeze it with your hands. It's good to eat bok choy raw, but it tastes good even when it's blanched.
STEP 6/9
Put a spoonful of sesame seeds. If it's too much, you can add a little less. I want to add a lot of sesame seeds.
STEP 7/9
I'll chop up the carrots and put them in. It's too bland, so I'm going to make the color stand out and even have a vegetable
So I put in carrots. Add a little bit of crushed garlic.
STEP 8/9
I added a little more chopped green onion and a spoonful of fish sauce. Add the sesame seeds that you dropped
Add more than half a spoon of sesame oil or perilla oil.
STEP 9/9
If you mix it well, the seasoned bok choy vegetables is complete.
I enjoyed the leftover side dishes and bok choy mixed with red pepper paste.
It's really neat and delicious when you eat it with fish sauce while eating it seasoned with soybean paste or red pepper paste. Try using fish sauce.
