Bokchoy seasoned with fish sauce

Cooking Steps

There are five bok choy packs.
I think one meal will be enough, so I'm going to do this much.

Wash it in cold water and drain it in a basket
Make sure to squeeze it with your hands. It's good to eat bok choy raw, but it tastes good even when it's blanched.

Put a spoonful of sesame seeds. If it's too much, you can add a little less. I want to add a lot of sesame seeds.

I enjoyed the leftover side dishes and bok choy mixed with red pepper paste.
It's really neat and delicious when you eat it with fish sauce while eating it seasoned with soybean paste or red pepper paste. Try using fish sauce.
