Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Stir-fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and 1 chopped onion in 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Stir-fried garlic and onions
Boil 1/2 cup tomato spaghetti sauce and parsley powder.
STEP 3/9
Put the sauce on the oven bowl.
Slice eggplants, tomatoes, and pumpkins (2mm) thinly and serve them in order.

After putting the vegetables neatly,
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and parsley to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle evenly on top.

Ready to go into the oven!

The oven temperature is 325 degrees Fahrenheit (160 degrees Celsius) for 20 minutes.
Cover the cooking foil and put it in.
