I'm so happy these days when there's a lot of meat. So these days, I can always eat a lot of meat that my husband likes without worrying about side dishes! I went to the outlet last time and got a big earthen pot I haven't used it properly yet, so I took this opportunity to make delicious Ttukbul / Ttukbaegi Bulgogi.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
The front leg meat is prepared for bulgogi.
STEP 2/11
Slice carrots and onions and slice them.
STEP 3/11
Add 6 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and a little pepper to make the sauce

Mix it with the front leg meat and mix it well.
Please put me to sleep for 20-30 minutes

While the meat seasoning is marinating, soak the glass noodles in cold water in advance.
20-30 minutes is enough!
(I made flat noodles, but I don't care about any glass noodles!)
After 20-30 minutes

Place chopped green onions, carrots, and onions on top!

I put 0.5t of soy sauce in it, but it was okay because it was a little bit like samgyupsal!
