STEP 1/11
Prepare sliced cheese. It doesn't matter what cheese you like^^
STEP 2/11
Before peeling off the cheese vinyl, cut it into 9 pieces with the back of a knife.
STEP 3/11
Put paper foil on the microwave-safe plate Place evenly spaced cheese on top. (Sprinkle parsley powder and sesame as much as you like.)
STEP 4/11
Put it in the microwave and turn it around for 1 minute to 1 minute and 20 seconds. (There is a slight difference depending on the microwave thermal conductivity you use.)
STEP 5/11
The shape of a cheese ball from the microwave!!
STEP 6/11
When I turned the microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds, the shape of the microwave started to get messy as you can see in the picture
STEP 7/11
Every time I turned it three to four times, I didn't take my eyes off the microwave.. Most of the time, the shape comes out best when it's turned between 1 minute and 1 minute and 10 seconds^^
STEP 8/11
Put the cheese balls in and cool them down
STEP 9/11
It keeps its shape as it cools, and the crispy and chewy texture allows you to feel the taste of cheese deeper.
STEP 10/11
Share it in a bowl of cheese balls and take a picture!!
STEP 11/11
When I put it in a container, the homemade is for sale in an instant. LOL
It's different depending on the microwave specifications
When it starts to go over a minute, don't take your eyes off it
Personally, the sesame seeds tasted better because they were more savory.
