STEP 1/9
Please prepare the ingredients! It's good to use vegetables ~^^

Add 1T of red pepper paste/ 1T of ketchup/ 1T of olive oil/ 1t of honey (or sugar, starch syrup)/ 1t of pepper and make the seasoning.

Grease the pan and stir-fry the sausage first over medium heat. (If you stir-fry the sausage first, the oil will smell and other ingredients will go well together.)

When the sausage is golden brown, stir-fry the potatoes and carrots.

When the potatoes are half transparent, stir-fry onions and zucchini.
STEP 6/9
Stir-fry onions and zucchini, add 1t of minced garlic, and stir-fry them with flavor.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry the onions until they are transparent, then add the seasoning and mix well. (If the seasoning and ingredients are too dry, you may add a little water.)
STEP 8/9
Stir-fry young leaf spinach for a while later. Turn off the heat (about 1 minute) and finish with 2 to 3 drops of sesame oil.
STEP 9/9
Cool it down, put it in a side dish container, and refrigerate it.
If you cut the sausage little by little, it's good to cut the seasoning better and it doesn't. If you think it's not enough, add soy sauce or salt!
If you put the side dishes in a bowl with warm rice and eat them with seaweed flakes, it becomes a convenient but delicious meal ^^
