In the past, my grandmother said that seaweed stems are good for skin beauty I ate it often because I heard it gets prettier. At a young age.. ^^ I'm getting pretty because I just like it~^^ It's good for constipation!

Ingredients
  • a stem of seaweed
    1pack
  • Carrot
    1/2ea
  • Soy sauce
    2T
  • crushed garlic
    2ts
  • perilla oil
    1T
  • Sesame
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
If you buy seaweed stems, it's in a state of saltiness.
Rinse it like this
If you cook, Sotae..
So rinse it in water without salt.
I rinse it three or four times
I put it in water for 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 2/7
Chop up 1/2 carrot.
You don't have to add carrots.
I put it in because it was at home.
STEP 3/7
Add 1T of perilla oil
Please stir-fry it.
STEP 4/7
The seaweed stems that were soaked in water
Drain on a sieve and squeeze.
And one more time with your hands
Squeeze the water and cut it into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry 2T of soy sauce (my hands are shaking...) and 2ts of minced garlic in a pan where the carrots are stir-fried.
Taste it and if it's bland, season it with salt
Do not season more if appropriate.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish!

Savory stir-fried seaweed
I'm done worrying about side dishes!!!!
I can eat two bowls of rice with this one!!!
