Stir-fried cabbage and pork
I was thinking about what to do with the leftover meat from the cabbage hot pot yesterday, and I made stir-fried cabbage pork. Except for pork belly, the meat at my restaurant is almost red. This time, I made it without making the sauce strong.

Cooking Steps

I don't know how much meat it is because it's leftover from the stew. I seasoned it with sugar and oyster sauce. I added half a spoon of sugar when I took the picture, but the amount of meat was a bit big. So I added half a spoon.

I mixed it well and left it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to soak the sauce.

I cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Chop the green onion and prepare it.

Grease a heated pan with grape seed oil and fry the minced garlic. I've been watching cooking shows lately, so I've been copying them. I learned it on the show, so I'll remember it when I try it.

Add the meat and cabbage when it is cooked to a certain extent. When the cabbage sighs, add the green onions.

Add pepper and soy sauce and season. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil.

You can put it on a plate and eat it. You can eat stir-fried cabbage and pork that is not irritating. I thought I put in a lot of cabbage, but when I ate it, there was not much cabbage. You can enjoy it if you eat it with meat and cabbage.
