  • Sliced beef

  • Carrot

  • Chinese cabbage with cherry blossoms
    200g
  • Garlic

  • Potato
    2ea
  • Rosemary
    2ea
  • Butter
    2T
  • Salt
    1T
  • ground pepper
    1T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
Prepare the meat for the steak.
STEP 2/9
Cut the beef in half and add butter
STEP 3/9
Weave and tie together with cooking thread.
After tying, insert rosemary.
STEP 4/9
Sprinkle salt and pepper on a tray and roll the prepared meat.
STEP 5/9
Cut all vegetables into large pieces, sprinkle olive oil on top, and season with salt and pepper (prefer vegetables to taste)
STEP 6/9
Place the prepared meat on top of the vegetables in the oven container and drizzle with olive oil once more time.
STEP 7/9
Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated oven at 200C.
STEP 8/9
Wrap the cooked meat in foil and let it rest for 15 minutes
STEP 9/9
Eat it with sliced vegetables and sauce.
