Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Rinse the squid in lukewarm water and squeeze the water out
STEP 2/7
Put the pretreated squid into a bowl
Grind the onion on a grater
STEP 3/7
Mix the ground onion with the squid
Let stand for more than 30 minutes
*If the squid is long or thick
Cut it with your hands or scissors
STEP 4/7
Put soy sauce, a little water, and uncooked onions in a pot and bring to a boil
*If there is no soy sauce, add water 3, brewed soy sauce 1~2, cooking wine 1, and oligosaccharide 1 and boil
STEP 5/7
Stir-fry the squid in the sauce
STEP 6/7
Add a little bit of oligosaccharide or honey, rummage through, and then turn off the heat
STEP 7/7
Sprinkle a lot of sesame seeds
* Sesame oil is easy to get rid of
It's good to sprinkle a little bit every time you eat it
If you add a little bit of cooking oil when you boil the sauce, it's more glossy I can make stir-fried squid

I think I did what I was told to do, but the color wasn't delicious, so other than being a little flustered, it was delicious!!! When my kid made it right away, he said he would eat it because it was delicious, but when I set the table, he didn't eat it, so I was flustered again^^

Grind the onion and mix it. 30 minutes! It was a bit slow, but it felt like I was cooking properly. It's soft for a longer time than softening with mayonnaise. Thank you.
