STEP 1/15
The ingredients are really simple, right? 500g of jujube, 2 liters of water, and patience and sincerity are all I need ^-^
STEP 2/15
Wash well-dried jujube in clean water. Because of the pesticide that might be left, I slightly melted the baking soda and washed it clean.
STEP 3/15
Remove seeds from the cleanly washed jujube and only remove the pulp.
STEP 4/15
Put the jujube in a big pot Pour in the 2 liters of water that I prepared earlier.
STEP 5/15
Then bring to a boil, stirring well for about an hour until the jujube crumbles.
STEP 6/15
It looks like it's been boiled for 40 minutes. It's loosened a lot, right? It's somewhat loosened, so please sterilize the bottle to hold the jujube on one side.
STEP 7/15
Put water in a large pot like that until the water is half full and leave the cold water until it boils It's not hard, is it?
STEP 8/15
This is how the jujube was boiled for 60 minutes. The water flew away and the jujube seemed to have melted to some extent, so please turn off the heat and cool it down.
STEP 9/15
Carefully take the well-disinfected glass bottle out and dry it thoroughly.
STEP 10/15
While the sterilized bottle dries, put the cold jujube in a blender and grind it endlessly.
STEP 11/15
It's well ground. The well ground jujube
STEP 12/15
Please sift it like this.
STEP 13/15
It looks like all the jujube residue has been filtered out. It's not over yet ^^ One more thing
STEP 14/15
Pour well-filtered jujube into a pot and stir-fry it one more time so that it doesn't burn and drain a little moisture.
STEP 15/15
When the sterilized bottle dries up, put the jujube in the bottle one by one. It's complete now! ^^ Everyone, you worked hard.
Isn't it too hard to boil? If you have a slow cooker at home, you can cook jujube in the cooker. An electric rice cooker is okay, too.
You can drink it in water like tea.
It would be better for your health if you use it as a jam substitute for crackers or bread, right?
You have to strain it through a sieve and stir-fry it on fire to remove moisture so that it is not watery and viscous.
Is it too hard to remove the jujube? It's easy if you soak it in water and peel it.
