How to cook Abalone Rice Porridge

I bought about 7 abalones from the mart. It's not a small one, but a medium-sized one. When I put it on a plate, I wanted to cook abalone porridge as soon as possible.

After washing it well, you can use a spoon to put it on the left and right side by side. If you look at the tip of the abalone, there is a part called teeth, and you have to cut it with a knife or scissors.

Wash and soak the rice about an hour beforehand and grind it well, stir-fry it with abalone intestines and sesame oil, then add water and boil it.

Stir-fry abalone intestines and rice flour, add water, boil it for 15 minutes, and stir-fry it

Add the abalone body and bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Season with salt, and remove the insufficient seasoning from the bowl.
