Let's make frozen gimbap simply by using it!
Last time, I froze the leftover kimbap right away, but it's not good to stay in the freezer for too long, so I took it out and made it delicious. In a way, it's hard to make gimbap with egg wash and fry it like a pancake, so you can easily dispose of the leftover gimbap ^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Take out the frozen gimbap in advance and slowly defrost it naturally.
STEP 2/7
I prepared the ingredients that you can skip. Slice both carrots and green onions into small or thin slices. (If you have green onions, I recommend you to put them in.)

Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt.
STEP 4/7
Add 1t of butter and a little cooking oil to the pan and melt the butter. (If you put it together, it will prevent the butter from burning quickly.)

Pour the beaten eggs evenly into the pan evenly.
STEP 6/7
Put kimbap, carrots, green onions, etc. on the beaten egg. Cook slowly over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
STEP 7/7
Turn off the heat and put the cheese on it, cover it and let it melt for about 30 seconds. (You can just eat it)
If you heat it too high, the bottom of the egg can burn and the kimbap can still be cold, so slowly over medium heat, ensure that the warmth is fully delivered. If you eat it with kimchi or salad, you can enjoy a meal ^^
