STEP 1/10
This is mugwort that Sungjun's mom picked up yesterday afternoon. I'll trim it again
STEP 2/10
Prepare it by wiping it clean with water.
STEP 3/10
I prepared two portions of mixed grains that were washed and soaked. The amount of water is just the same as when you cook rice. Like other vegetables, mugwort doesn't lose that much moisture.
STEP 4/10
Put a handful of mugwort on top of the .
STEP 5/10
And I cooked rice in a pressure cooker. Turn off the light after about 30 chirps. Wait until all the steam is gone.
STEP 6/10
The steam is gone and I'll open the lid. As soon as you open the lid, the mugwort scent is really strong. I felt completely healthy just by smelling it.
STEP 7/10
Mix mugwort and rice evenly with a spatula.
STEP 8/10
Scoop the mixed mugwort into a bowl.
STEP 9/10
And make a sauce to mix with mugwort rice. Originally, I was going to make dalaejang, but I thought the mugwort scent would get smeared with the dalae scent, so I just made the sauce with green onions. Mix green onions, 3 spoons of dark soy sauce, 1/4 of sugar, 1/4 of sesame oil, 1/4 of red pepper powder, a little pepper powder, and sesame seeds. Prepare the sauce simply.
STEP 10/10
Put a spoonful of the sauce on top of mugwort rice. Mix the mugwort rice and add more soy sauce if it's bland. Just the smell of mugwort rice, which smells like spring, makes me feel completely healthy just by looking at it. Nam Pyun also eats mugwort rice and eats it well because it's delicious. Mugwort rice is simple and easy to make. I feel comfortable inside and it's so good to let go of my throat.
