STEP 1/17
Please prepare the ingredients. (In Germany, where I am, you can buy a dough-finished product so that you can bake bread easily. Instead, you can use morning bread or bread^^)
STEP 2/17
I prepared about 250g of minced meat mixed with beef and pork.
STEP 3/17
Chop the onions into small pieces, season with 2 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of pepper.
STEP 4/17
Mix well with your hands.
STEP 5/17
Make a patty slightly wider than the size of the bread and bake it in a pan.
STEP 6/17
Bake for a short time front and back, then fill the pot with water and place on top of the meat so that the patties are well cooked. (Or use a spatula to press it down.)
STEP 7/17
Slightly cut the bread, then bake in the oven.
STEP 8/17
Tear off lettuce one at a time and wash.
STEP 9/17
This is a well-cooked patty.
STEP 10/17
Roll the jamon or bacon and shape it with a toothpick.
STEP 11/17
Place patties aside, bake jamon (or bacon).
STEP 12/17
Cut the bread in half with a knife after 10 minutes of cooking.
STEP 13/17
Place the washed lettuce on one side of the bread and fix it with a toothpick.
STEP 14/17
Put the patty on top.
STEP 15/17
Place jamon (or bacon) on top.
STEP 16/17
I'd like cheese on top
STEP 17/17
Cover with bread on the other side and fix with a toothpick. A cute mini burger is complete!
When making hamburger patty or hamburger steak, it's good to stir-fry onions separately, cool them, and mix them with meat, but when you're in a hurry, you can just chop the onions and put them in right away. :) You can dip the sauce separately or put them on top of the patty ~!
